Microsoft Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) ---- Sign Up Process
Ensure that you have installed the Microsoft Authenticator app from your mobile. The app supports iOS devices and can be downloaded from the App Store.
Make sure your device is connected to the internet to complete the initial setup.
Add an account in the Microsoft Authenticator app.
Step 1: Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device.
After opening the app, click the "+" button in the top right corner and select "Scan QR Code."
Step 2: Scan the QR code.
Align the scanning frame of the app with the QR code displayed in your browser to complete the scan.
After a successful scan, the account will be automatically added to the Microsoft Authenticator app and will start generating dynamic verification codes.
